Looking Ahead
June 9th - June 12th
Wow! I can't believe it is the end of the school year. This year has been amazing and I couldn't be happier with each student's progress and how much they have matured over the last few months. I want to say a big thank you to all the parents for the support throughout the year with parties, field trips and other activities - so
THANK YOU!
A few reminders for next week:
- Please continue to send your child with their backpack each day. We will be emptying out our desks and taking all school supplies home. Students still need their backpacks even on Thursday, to take home summer work and their report cards. Students will be dismissed on Thursday, June 12th at 12:00pm.
- Summer Packet - Each student will be taking home a summer packet of work. I told them that if they finish the entire packet by the start of 2nd grade, that they may return it to me and earn a special prize.
- Student will be receiving a FREE Six Flags ticket in their report card for all the reading that they have accomplished this year.
- Picnic Day is Monday, June 9th - lunch will be served (hot dogs, juice boxes, chips & fruit) if your student doesn't like hot dogs then please have them bring a sack lunch.
